Pastor Donatus Okafor who is the general overseer of Divine Touch Ministries Africa and Europe founded this ministry in year 2005. From the vision of the church: “Then the Lord put forth His hand, and touched my mouth and the Lord said unto me, behold, I have put my words in thy mouth. Divine Touch Ministries worldwide is currently one of the new churches that question the authority of the devil over Christians! Curses, covenants, yokes bondages and strongholds are broken through the word of God.

Pastor Donatus Okafor has organised several seminars on Aids/HIV through Divine touch ministries Botswana , educating the populace on the danger of the disease which the government of President Festus Mogae welcomed.
